Happy Memorial Day!!! Gotta love that my Uncle Moose is carrying the American Flag in our home town Memorial Day parade. It is just very cool I love the 2 hours leading up to the parade when the traffic stops and all the cars are banned from the 12 hundred block and the whole neighborhood including the adults play kick ball in the street. I was ready to go play!

I had to share this photo of the Susquehanna River. It was a beautiful night crossing over the bridge into Sunbury, so I decided to pull over at the boat launch and take some photos. It was just very peaceful to take in the river and the flow of the river.
After looking at more photos I found this great photo I took while sitting on Mom and Dad's back porch. I love the light coming through the tree. But the poor tree has some kind of disease and should be removed, the others were already. I think the trees in that yard took sick after the Lutz's died and the new neighbor's moved in. Also, in the very back is the factory I used to work in. It was called JK Operating when I worked there.

Pink Lozengers Swimming in Milk - April 23, 2009
In Prepping to bake a Pink Lozenger cake, I have place the pink lozengers into the milk to dissolve. It does not look like much, but I am sure this concoction will add brilliantly to the cake or cupcakes I plan to bake this weekend!

I hit rain driving to Line this evening. I stopped at Wawa, just as the sun was trying to sneak out and I had the opportunity to see a beautiful full sky rainbow. So, I had to snap and capture. Maybe there is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow?

I was amazed at the storm clouds quickly approaching at dusk, so Emma, Averey, and I snuck out on our balcony to snap a picture, before the storm arrive and before night fall approached.You can feel the gloominess expressed in these clouds. They just want to rage and open and drench the earth on the storms arrival.
